O Dev-Team informou no seu blog, que com a atualização da Baseband para 06.15.00, alguns aparelhos estão experimentando a perda do sinal de GPS.

Eles pedem para aqueles que tem este problema para aguardarem até identificar qual o problema e assim que for descoberto, será feito um patch para fixar este problema.

O 3G da minha esposa tambem. Acho q todos q fizeram o unlock pra essa firmware do ipad matou o GPS.

o meu é um 3g com ios 3.1.3 e BB 6.15.
GPs não funciona e a bateria dura 8hrs.

idem aqui ... sem GPS no 3GS da minha esposa ... por mais que a bússola funcione! ja testei com Igo, tomtom e sygic.

vamos manter o post ativo ... assim que sair o fix alguem posta!

Unlockers have been reporting mixed results about GPS functionality at 06.15.00. Until we can track down what differentiates those who retain GPS vs. those who lose it, be conservative and assume you’ll lose GPS at 06.15.00. As we work on finding the cause (and possibly a fix), please report your personal findings in our comments section. (Update: early indications are that while 06.15.00 is capable of GPS, it will require some further hacks. But please still be conservative and assume you will lose GPS at 06.15, in case the hacks don’t work).

So I followed your advice.

I was at 4.1 with 6.15.00 . . . . everything fine but GPS not working in TomTom, GPS Kit and xGPS.

So restored to stock 4.1 with iTunes and TU TSS server and TU'ed out of recovery when done.
Greenposion jailbreak.
Cydia and then xGPS download . . . perfect 1st time . . . bang on coordinates leaning out my apartment window!!! Then installed GPS kit . . . again perfect, acquired signal within seconds (before no GPS signal) and perfect location.

Next thing is ultrasnow . . . i'm trying right now . . . . ok . . . untrasnow installed reboot . . SIM changed no nonofficial carrier and all good!!!

Very pleased . . GPS seems fine and unlocked . . . Thanks for the advise!

Eu tenho um 3GS JB 4.1 Nacional. Quando tinha 3.1.3, o GPS funcionava melhor.

Qual é o Baseband do 3.1.3? Estou no BB 5.14.02, tem retorno?

galera consegui um fix alternativo ... faz um teste ai, meu GPS funciona se o wifi tiver ligado, desligado ele nao funciona
